Career.
The development of the CARL Technology from the first draft to market maturity was and is closely linked to the personal competence, enthusiasm and cooperativeness of our founders and employees. We are particularly proud of the professional and personal skills of our employees and work to maintain the high quality of interdisciplinary cooperation in our company. To this end, it is necessary to assess the respective competencies and skills precisely and to link them in the interest of all involved without restricting the subjective scope of action too much.
What applies to the patient-specific use of the CARL Technology therefore also applies to the working conditions in our company: We offer our employees, students and trainees different career and training opportunities with working hours adapted to the situation, appropriate remuneration and numerous promotion opportunities.
As a future-oriented company, we also attach particular importance to a collegial and appreciative working environment in which a motivated team focuses not only on the economic goals of our company, but above all on the well-being, safety and quality standards of the people who are to benefit from our work. The following aspects of our corporate culture should contribute to this: respect, reliability and quality assurance.
