LIFE IS OUR MISSION.
FROM THE CLINIC. INTO THE CLINIC.
THE MOBILE SYSTEM.
ENABLING PERFUSION TECHNOLOGIES.
Welcome to CARL Solutions, the new label of Resuscitec GmbH.
We produce and distribute the world's first mobile extracorporeal circulatory support system, which allows you to provide blood circulation in a controlled mode – even outside of the hospital.
CARL. Controlled. Targeted. Personalized.
The innovative CARL technology enables personalized reperfusion in the event of acute cardiac arrest. CARL has been developed to give more patients the chance to survive a cardiac arrest in the future along with an improved neurological recovery thereafter.
CARL. Enabling Perfusion Technologies.
The CARL system consists of three powerful main components, which, in modular configuration with a set of innovative disposables, enable maximum control and management of the most important physical and biochemical vital parameters during extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
CARL. Shifting the Limits.
Acute cardiac arrest is one of the most common causes of death in industrialized countries. The few survivors suffer frequently from severe neurological sequela which often make the return to a normal life difficult, if not impossible.
Thus, the time has come ...
… to implement a new system, which allows to monitor and individually control the most important vital parameters during an extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation — in as well as outside of the hospital.
The products from Resuscitec GmbH have been evolved to a strong brand under the name CARL. Thus, we have decided to adapt our corporate design to the performance of the CARL system and to present our company under the new label CARL Solutions henceforth. For the transition, please note our redesigned trademark and the soon to be changed signatures and addresses as well as our new internet presence.
There is no alteration in terms of corporate law: Resuscitec GmbH continues to stand behind CARL Solutions as a registered company.
CARL. The Mobile System.
Focus of the use of the CARL system is the highly controlled maintenance of extracorporeal circulation in case of cardiac and/or respiratory failure.
But CARL offers much more. With the following basic products, we will soon provide the user a mobile set of products for the treatment of patients undergoing cardiac arrest:
Extensive measurement sensor technology with venous and arterial online blood gas analysis and a plug-in fiber optic catheter for invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring
Preconfigured, compact perfusion set for a fast system start
Saves provision of multiple compressed oxygen/air bottles by adding ambient air using a blower technology
Precise control of the O2 concentration (21 % to 100 %) and CO2 elimination (up to 15 l/min gas flow)
Up to 𝝙 4 °C cooling capacity within a few minutes
